Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our corporate office in Gandhipuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.

Conduct product presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Handle objections effectively and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Collaborate with channel partners to generate qualified leads.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reports to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: 5–10 years in sales, preferably in real estate, luxury residential, senior living, or hospitality sectors.

Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in English and local languages (Tamil/Malayalam preferred).

Attributes: Patient, empathetic, persuasive, and able to work with high-net-worth clients.
