Role Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and references.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
2. Client Meetings & Sales Closure
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM records.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Keep records of client interactions and transactions.
5. Market Feedback & Coordination
Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
Share feedback with management to improve sales strategy.
Performance Expectations
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure timely reporting and follow-ups.
Support business expansion in assigned territory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
