About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate Sales to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing corporate accounts for a leading resort destination. The role focuses on promoting the property for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), corporate retreats, team outings, and events. The ideal candidate will have strong business development skills, relationship management expertise, and strategic sales planning experience within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Generate leads from HR heads, Admin managers, travel desks, and corporate decision-makers
  • Conduct property visits and deliver persuasive sales presentations
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Explore new industries and market segments for growth

Account Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and packages
  • Ensure repeat business and client retention
  • Address client requirements and resolve concerns promptly

MICE & Event Sales

  • Promote conferences, seminars, annual meets, and team-building events
  • Coordinate with operations and event teams for successful execution
  • Design customized corporate packages and staycation offers
  • Manage the entire group booking cycle from inquiry to billing

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor pricing and corporate trends
  • Maintain CRM data and prepare periodic sales reports
  • Represent the organization at networking events and exhibitions
  • Provide strategic insights to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of B2B/Corporate Sales experience (Hospitality preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven record of achieving revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
  • Strong professional network in major South Indian cities
