Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Senior HR Admin to oversee daily HR and administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and support management in implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will handle employee records, coordination, compliance, and general administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR administration and office operations
• Handle recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Implement and monitor HR policies and company procedures
• Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Coordinate with management on performance reviews and HR reports
• Supervise administrative tasks including office maintenance and assets
Skills:
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/CRM tools
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Problem-solving and multitasking skills
