Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently as well as with the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and references
Present products/services effectively and handle client queries professionally
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and update management on progress
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Handle negotiations and close deals successfully
