Title of Position: Service Engineer

Description of the Job: To install, maintain, and service equipment at customer locations, we are seeking a Service Engineer. Field work, technical troubleshooting, and providing prompt support and service to ensure client satisfaction are all part of the job. Principal Duties: • At client locations, install and commission machinery or equipment. • Identify and fix mechanical and technical problems • Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing. • Attend to breakdown calls and offer assistance on-site. • Keep track of job records and service reports. • Work together with the internal sales and technical teams. • Provide high-quality service to guarantee client happiness.
