Role Purpose

The Site Engineer is responsible for supervising construction activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision

Supervise daily construction activities and site progress.

Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and standards.

Monitor labor productivity and material usage.

Resolve technical issues at the site.

2. Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors.

Prepare daily and weekly work schedules.

Ensure availability of materials, tools, and manpower.

Support project planning and scheduling activities.

3. Quality Control

Ensure construction quality as per approved standards.

Conduct inspections and material checks.

Maintain quality documentation and reports.

4. Safety Management

Enforce site safety rules and regulations.

Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.

Ensure use of PPE and safe work practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates.

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).

Assist in billing, measurement, and quantity verification.

6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

Coordinate with clients during site inspections.

Address site-related concerns promptly.

Ensure project milestones are achieved.
