Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee construction/site activities and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per project requirements. The candidate will coordinate with workers, contractors, and engineers to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations

Monitor work progress and productivity

Ensure quality and safety standards are followed

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers

Maintain site reports and attendance records

Manage materials and equipment at site

Resolve on-site issues efficiently

Required Skills:

Leadership and team handling skills

Knowledge of construction/site procedures

Problem-solving ability

Time management and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure

Basic reporting and documentation skills

Eligibility:

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)

Experience in site supervision preferred

Freshers with relevant knowledge can apply
