Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage inventory, stock receiving, storage, and stock records
Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
Supervise store staff and assign daily duties
Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Coordinate with suppliers and management when required
Prevent stock loss, damage, or theft
