Job Description (JD)

Handle overall store operations and daily activities.

Maintain proper stock records and update registers regularly.

Monitor inward and outward materials and verify quantities.

Ensure safe storage and proper arrangement of items.

Coordinate with purchase and dispatch teams.

Prepare stock reports and reconciliation statements.

Maintain minimum stock levels and inform management for replenishment.

Follow company procedures for issue and receipt of materials.
