Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations

Monitor stock levels and manage inventory

Maintain proper storage and organization of products

Manage store staff and assign tasks

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports

Required Skills:

Leadership and team management ability

Knowledge of inventory management

Basic computer skills (Excel, billing software)

Good communication skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
