We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at our Palladam branch. The Supervisor will manage a small team, ensure work efficiency, maintain quality standards, and report progress to the management. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate team members to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations and staff performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
Monitor work quality and address any issues immediately.
Train and guide team members to improve productivity.
Coordinate between management and staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Prepare reports on operations, attendance, and performance metrics.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience:
1–3 years in a supervisory role (experience in the same industry is preferred)
