We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy Biryani Restaurant in Gandhipuram. The Supervisor will manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure smooth workflow in the kitchen and dining area. You will also handle customer interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.

Monitor food quality, service, and cleanliness.

Manage staff schedules and attendance.

Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Coordinate with suppliers for inventory and stock management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in restaurants or hospitality.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
