Job Summary:

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at construction or project sites, ensuring work is executed safely, on time, and according to specifications. The role involves coordinating with contractors, engineers, and workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Monitor progress of construction work and report to project managers.

Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Ensure proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.

Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to plans.

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit them to higher management.

Enforce health and safety protocols on site.

Resolve on-site issues or conflicts promptly.

Maintain documentation, including work schedules, permits, and safety records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills to coordinate with teams and management.

Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and project planning is a plus.

Proficient in using MS Office and site management software.
