About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to manage and guide a team, ensuring smooth operations, productivity, and achievement of business targets. The role focuses on motivating team members, monitoring performance, and driving efficiency across processes.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve targets
• Allocate tasks effectively and monitor progress
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews

Process & Operations

• Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures
• Identify workflow improvements and implement process enhancements
• Resolve team conflicts and provide guidance for problem-solving

Reporting & Performance

• Track team KPIs and report performance metrics to management
• Provide feedback and implement corrective actions where needed
• Maintain proper documentation of team activities and achievements

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as a point of contact between team and higher management
• Address client queries or issues escalated by team members
• Ensure timely delivery of services or projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of professional experience, including team handling
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet targets and drive team performance
• Good knowledge of office tools and CRM/management software
