Job Description

We are looking for a confident and friendly Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves speaking with customers, explaining products or services, answering queries, and maintaining call records. The candidate should be comfortable talking over the phone and able to build a good connection with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and respond to incoming calls

Explain company products or services clearly

Understand customer needs and provide correct information

Handle customer queries politely and professionally

Required Skills

Good communication skills in local language and basic English

Qualification

Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
