Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and patient Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The role involves speaking with customers, explaining services or products, and maintaining proper call records. The candidate should be comfortable talking to different people and capable of handling customer queries in a polite manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Explain company products or services clearly
• Follow up with interested customers regularly
• Maintain daily call reports and customer details
• Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions
• Coordinate with the sales or support team when required
