Job Title: Telecaller
Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller who can confidently speak with customers over the phone and explain our products or services clearly. The role involves making outbound calls, answering customer queries, and maintaining proper call records. The candidate should be polite, patient, and able to handle conversations professionally. Achieving daily call targets and following up with interested customers will be part of the routine work.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products or services in a clear and simple manner
Answer customer questions and provide accurate information
Maintain daily call reports and customer details
Meet call and conversion targets as assigned
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely
Basic knowledge of using a mobile phone or computer
Good listening and convincing skills
Patience and positive attitude
Willingness to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualification:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or any basic degree
Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Experience in telecalling or customer support is an added advantage
