Telecaller — Fertility Clinic

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to schedule patient appointments.

Explain clinic services and address queries.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and patient feedback.

Support marketing campaigns by contacting prospective patients.

Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth patient experience.
