Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services, and generate leads. The role includes following up with customers, maintaining call records, and fixing appointments for the sales team. Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information. Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
