The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers via phone to promote products/services, generate leads, handle inquiries, and provide excellent customer support.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
Follow up with customers for feedback and conversions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Handle customer complaints professionally
🎓 Required Qualifications
Minimum: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
Basic computer knowledge preferred
