As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, promoting our products and services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your role will include maintaining accurate records of all calls, following up with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate will be target-driven, organized, and capable of building strong relationships with clients over the phone.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Tamil

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities

Active listening and problem-solving mindset

Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM software
