Job Description:

Making outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our services.

Handling inbound calls and responding to customer queries politely and professionally.

Explaining company products/services and providing accurate information to clients.

Maintaining daily call records and updating client details in the system.

Meeting daily and weekly targets set by the sales manager.

Following up on leads provided by the company and generating new leads.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command over English and Tamil.

Ability to convince and influence clients positively.

Comfortable with target-oriented work and able to handle rejection.

Basic computer skills to update CRM or call records.

Friendly, patient, and professional attitude while speaking with clients.
