Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our job portal team. The role involves contacting job seekers and employers, sharing job opportunities, explaining services, and maintaining good relationships with clients and candidates.

Job Timing:

Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Call job seekers to inform them about suitable job openings
• Explain job portal services to candidates and employers
• Maintain a database of candidates and follow up regularly
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Update call records and candidate details in the system

Skills Required:

• Clear and confident speaking ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and convincing skills
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
