Job Description (JD):

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain our services to customers, and generate leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and a convincing ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Explain products/services clearly

Handle customer queries and provide information

Generate leads and fix appointments

Maintain call records and follow-ups

Achieve daily/weekly targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)

Persuasive and confident speaking ability

Basic computer knowledge

Patience and customer handling skills

Ability to work under targets

Eligibility:

12th / Any Degree

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
