Role Purpose
The Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on achieving call targets, conversions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Calling & Lead Generation

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
Generate and qualify leads for sales or services.
2. Customer Communication
Explain products, services, and offers clearly.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
3. Follow-ups & Conversion
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
Convert leads into appointments or sales.
Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets.
4. Target & Performance Management
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain call quality standards and professionalism.
Report performance to the supervisor/team leader.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Prepare daily call reports and status updates.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
