Title of Position: Telecaller Location: P.N. Panam, Singanallur

Description of the Job:

To join our team, we are seeking telecallers that are confident and eager. The candidate will be in charge of reaching out to current and prospective clients, outlining our offerings, and producing leads. The position calls for the ability to effectively address consumer inquiries, patience, and strong communication skills. Strong-speaking freshmen are also encouraged. Principal Duties: Make cold calls to potential clients. Clearly describe the company’s services and offerings. Respond to inquiries and concerns from clients Keep track of call logs and update client information. Follow up with prospects and turn them into customers. When necessary, coordinate with the sales staff. Reach your weekly and daily call goals. Competencies Needed: Strong Tamil and basic English communication abilities A warm and clear voice over the phone fundamental understanding of computers The capacity to persuade and bargain Positivity and patience Time management abilities Eligibility: At least a 10th, 12th, or any degree Candidates with or without experience may apply.
