Position: Telecaller – Sales

Location: Nava India, Coimbatore

Experience Required: Fresher to 2 Years (Hospitality/Call Centre Experience Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller – Sales to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer enquiries, and support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups for a leading resort destination. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Call Handling

• Manage inbound calls for room bookings, corporate enquiries, group outings, and events
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, share offers, and generate new opportunities
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers

Lead Management & Follow-Up

• Capture enquiry details accurately in CRM or enquiry sheets
• Follow up with potential customers until conversion or closure
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Executives or Team Leaders

Customer Support

• Provide accurate information on packages, pricing, facilities, and availability
• Handle customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain call logs and customer records
• Prepare daily call reports for the Sales Manager/Team Leader
• Follow call quality standards and SOPs

Coordination

• Coordinate with sales and front office teams for booking updates
• Support promotional campaigns by informing customers about offers
• Assist with follow-up emails, WhatsApp messages, and reminders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience
• Good communication skills in English & Tamil (Malayalam is an advantage)
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling)
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
