- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls and lead generation
2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide support in lead generation and follow-ups.
3. Reporting:
- Generate and present reports related to telecalling activities and administrative tasks.
- Provide regular updates to management on call performance and achievements.
