Full job description

1. Telecalling:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients/customers to promote our products/services.
Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing information about our offerings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for outbound calls and lead generation

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of customer interactions.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide support in lead generation and follow-ups.

3. Reporting:

Generate and present reports related to telecalling activities and administrative tasks.
Provide regular updates to management on call performance and achievements.
