We are looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our team as Voice Process Executives / Telecallers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information to clients, resolving queries, and promoting products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries.

• Make outbound calls for sales, follow-ups, or customer support.

• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and follow company guidelines.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.

• Friendly and professional phone etiquette.

• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
