Receptionists are typically responsible for creating a welcoming environment and providing essential information or directing people to the appropriate department or individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcoming visitors or clients upon their arrival, ensuring they sign in and directing them to the appropriate area or person.
- Phone Management: Answering incoming calls, transferring them to the correct department, or taking messages when necessary.
- Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars for staff members, scheduling meetings, and making sure rooms or resources are available.
- Administrative Support: Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records or databases.
- Mail and Packages: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, or deliveries.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
