Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, generate leads, and help the company achieve revenue targets. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients
• Conduct market research for new business opportunities
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Maintain client database and CRM records
• Follow up on leads and client inquiries
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Build long-term relationships with clients

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales/business development
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
