Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coding Executive to accurately code patient records for billing and insurance purposes. The candidate will work closely with healthcare providers and billing teams to ensure compliance with coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign proper ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient records
• Review medical reports, lab results, and prescriptions
• Maintain patient records and documentation
• Prepare reports for billing and insurance purposes
• Ensure data confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and billing teams
• Assist in resolving coding discrepancies
• Support audits and compliance checks

Qualifications & Skills:
• Diploma/Degree in Medical Coding or Health Information Management
• ICD-10 / CPT / HCPCS certification preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• MS Office and medical coding software proficiency
