Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions

Source candidates through job portals and professional networks

Coordinate interviews, selection, and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Support payroll inputs, leave tracking, and salary processing

Prepare HR reports on hiring, performance, and headcount

Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement programs

Ensure HR policies and compliance procedures are followed
