Identify and generate new leads through field visits, calls, and references

Present products/services to potential customers and explain benefits

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/records

Coordinate with the support team for smooth order processing

Handle customer objections professionally and close deals

Key Skills Required

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Sales and target-oriented mindset

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)

Confidence in direct customer interaction

Ability to work independently and in a team
