Job Description (JD) – Service Advisor

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling service requests, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from vehicle drop-off to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their service requirements

Open job cards and explain repair/maintenance details

Coordinate with technicians for timely service completion

Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines

Update customers on service progress

Ensure quality check before vehicle delivery

Handle billing, invoicing, and feedback

Maintain service records and customer database

Customer handling ability

Basic technical knowledge of automobiles

Problem-solving skills

Time management

Computer proficiency (MS Office / service software)

Sales & upselling skills (added advantage)

Team coordination
