Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily service activities and assign tasks to technicians
Schedule maintenance, installation, and repair appointments
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
Track job progress and ensure timely completion
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Prepare service-related reports for management
