We are looking for a passionate software faculty to train students in programming and software technologies.

Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and online training on software courses (programming/IT tools).

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and projects.

Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and coding exercises.

Assess student performance through tests, projects, and feedback.

Provide career guidance and mentorship to students.

Update course content as per latest technology trends.

Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.

Support placement activities and student skill development.

👉 Software instructors typically design curriculum, conduct training sessions, and evaluate learner progress to ensure effective skill development.

🎯 Required Skills

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of programming languages (Python / Java / C / web development, etc.)

Strong understanding of software development concepts

Ability to troubleshoot coding issues

Familiarity with databases, tools, and frameworks

Teaching & Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms

Patience and mentoring ability

Classroom management skills

Problem-solving and analytical thinking

👉 Software trainers need strong technical knowledge plus communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly to learners.

🎓 Qualification

Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science / IT or related field

Teaching or industry experience preferred
