We are looking for a skilled Software Trainer to train students and professionals in software technologies and job-oriented skills. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical training, preparing course materials, and guiding trainees for real-time projects and placements.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver classroom and online training on software courses

Teach programming concepts with practical examples

Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments

Guide trainees on live projects and case studies

Support students in interview preparation and job readiness

Track trainee progress and provide feedback

Update course content based on industry requirements

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge in programming languages (Java / Python / JavaScript / etc.)

Good presentation and communication skills

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly

Hands-on experience with real-time projects

Training or teaching experience preferred

Basic knowledge of databases and software development

Qualification:

Any Degree in Computer Science / IT or related field

Certification in relevant technologies is an added advantage

Experience:

Freshers with strong technical skills can apply

Experienced trainers preferred
