Job Description:

As a Customer Care Executive/Tele Caller, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls for the purpose of marketing, resolving customer inquiries and issues. You will be the front line of our company’s interaction with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and a positive experience. A customer service executive is a professional who handles customers on behalf of the business. When a customer is faced with any issue or has a query or complaint regarding the products and services of the company, the customer care executive is the first point of contact for them.

  • You have to market our products and services to our customers

 

  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.

 

  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently.

 

  • Making outbound calls to follow up on sales conversion.

 

  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team member

 

  • Achieving set targets in terms of marketing, call handling and issue resolution.
