Job Description:
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain services to customers, generate leads, and maintain customer records. The candidate should have good communication skills and a polite telephone manner.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Handle incoming customer calls

• Provide information about products/services

• Generate and follow up on leads

• Maintain call records and reports

• Achieve daily/weekly targets
