Are you experienced in AR calling and skilled at handling end-to-end billing processes? We’re looking for focused and dedicated professionals to join our team and help manage Accounts Receivable effectively.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling outstanding claims and ensuring timely payments. Your day-to-day will include:

• Making outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending or denied claims
• Reviewing AR reports to identify and resolve claim issues
• Investigating billing errors and working towards accurate resolutions
• Maintaining clear documentation of all activities and communications

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking professionals who understand AR workflows and bring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• 1 to 5 years of experience in AR calling within the healthcare sector
• Mandatory experience in physician billing and full RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Education: Any graduate
