Job Title: Marketing Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts to expand the company’s network and generate new business leads.
Lead the development of marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
Analyze marketing and sales data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the marketplace.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing key performance metrics and business development activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a minimum of years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and lead generation strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
