Job Title: Female Telecaller

Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Female Telecallers to join our team. As a Female Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers or clients, providing information about our products or services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take a desired action. This role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant and confident demeanor, and the ability to handle phone conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients from provided leads or databases.
2. Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers.
3. Answer any questions or concerns potential customers may have.
4. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule.
5. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
6. Maintain a professional and courteous tone during phone conversations.

Requirements:

1. Gender: Female .
2. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
3. Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer service.
4. Excellent communication skills in the language required for the role .
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
