As a Computer Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

  2. Invoice Generation:
    • Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
    • Verify billing information for accuracy, including itemized charges, discounts, and taxes.
    • Handle any discrepancies or billing inquiries from customers.
  3. Payment Processing:
    • Receive and record payments through various methods (e.g., checks, credit cards, electronic transfers).
    • Reconcile payments with invoices and update account balances accordingly.
    • Address payment-related issues and resolve discrepancies.
  4. Billing Documentation:
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
    • Prepare and archive billing statements, receipts, and related documents for auditing purposes.
    • Ensure compliance with company billing policies and industry regulations.
  5. Reporting:
    • Generate and analyze billing reports to monitor payment trends and outstanding balances.
    • Provide regular reports to management on billing performance and key metrics.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in billing, finance, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in using billing software and accounting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
