Job Title: Java Trainer

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions and workshops on Java programming for beginners to advanced levels.
2. Design and develop comprehensive training programs, course materials, and curriculum aligned with industry standards.
3. Evaluate and assess the progress of participants, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
4. Customize training modules based on the specific needs and requirements of participants or client organizations.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Java programming and incorporate relevant updates into the training curriculum.
6. Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.
7. Assist in developing and updating certification programs related to Java programming.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer with a strong command of Java programming.
3. Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring individuals or groups in Java programming.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.
5. Certification in Java programming is a plus.

Skills:

1. Proficient in Java programming, including core Java, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
2. Familiarity with popular Java frameworks and tools such as Spring, Hibernate, Maven, and IntelliJ IDEA.
3. Knowledge of web development technologies like   JavaScript.
