Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori teacher to join our team. As a Montessori teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our students, following the principles and practices of the Montessori philosophy.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Montessori educational approach in the classroom, adhering to the principles of child-led learning, independence, and respect for each child’s unique development.
• Prepare and maintain an organized, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment, fostering a love of learning and exploration.
• Plan and deliver lessons based on the Montessori curriculum, considering the individual needs, interests, and abilities of each child in the classroom.
• Observe and assess students regularly to track their progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly, providing timely feedback to parents and guardians.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience working as a Montessori teacher or in a Montessori school is preferred.
• Strong understanding and commitment to the Montessori philosophy and its application in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students.
