Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments and team members, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
  2. Reception: Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  3. Scheduling: Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  4. Correspondence: Draft and proofread emails, letters, and documents as needed.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain and update physical and electronic records, including personnel files, inventory records, and confidential documents.
  6. Mail and Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
  7. Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment by coordinating with maintenance and cleaning staff as necessary.
  8. Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation, for employees when required.
  9. Expense Reporting: Assist in expense tracking and reporting by maintaining records and assisting employees with expense submissions.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
