ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements.
Visually inspecting the garment for any flaws visible to the human eye finished product, checking the labelling, and counting the items in the production lot.
A defect piece must be handed over for reworking, then a reworked piece needs to be cross-checked.
Ensuring garments will be of good quality and last for a long time.
Need to check the final pressing pieces and rejection report need to be prepared and maintained.
Need to have knowledge of different style and different knit construction.
Need to know the garment quality acceptable level and point of measurement knowledge.
Should keep outgoing defects percentage in minimum level
