Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the store’s profitability, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail operations, and the ability to drive sales and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:
   • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
   • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
   • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining stock levels.
   • Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and theft.
   • Monitor and analyze sales and inventory reports to make informed decisions.
2. Team Management:
   • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, including sales associates and support personnel.
   • Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
   • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
   • Address employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
3. Sales and Customer Service:
   • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and maximize profitability.
   • Coach and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
   • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
   • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
4. Visual Merchandising:
   • Plan and execute visual merchandising displays to attract and engage customers.
   • Ensure that products are well-presented, priced accurately, and effectively promoted.
   • Implement seasonal and promotional displays in alignment with company guidelines.
5. Financial Management:
   • Manage store budgets and expenses to optimize profitability.
   • Analyze financial reports, such as sales, profit margins, and expenses, to make informed decisions.
   • Identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating initiatives.
6. Compliance and Safety:
   • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
   • Maintain a safe and secure store environment for employees and customers.
   • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
